finally deleted all my hideous 5 year old journal entries that so painfully captured the brilliance of my 15 year old mind. phew. it frightened me to think how long i let all that linger.

i have one thought to share currently. i despise natwest. they have been holding all my money ransom for over a week, and after much querying we finally got to the bottom of it. apparently it's all my silly fault for foolishly transferring money between accounts using online banking. how idiotic of me to do such a thing. no wonder their systems screwed up. never mind, papa customer services will make everything better. how about erase that little "-" on my balance statement as compensation, or, if you're not willing to admit guilt, as a sort of bursary that i will most certainly put towards a banking education that will eradicate any possibility of me making silly online banking gaffes ever again.

they shall be receiving a forceful letter shortly. i am fierce.
